About me
Sabina specializes in advisory on all aspects of change of tax residency, effectively helping clients navigate this process safely and efficiently. Furthermore, she has considerable experience in devising remuneration models for employees and management, including intricate cross-border issues.
Her core practice areas are taxation and social security contributions for individuals, tax residency changes, and the taxation of Controlled Foreign Companies (CFCs). She draws up applications for individual tax rulings regarding taxes, social security contributions, and GUS (Central Statistical Office) classifications.
Additionally, she provides tax opinions and prepares statements related to individual taxation, including foreign income, inheritance and donation tax.
Sabina studied law and economics, with a specialization in business economics, at the University of Rzeszów, and attended a basic accounting course run by the Accountants Association in Poland.
She started her career in the tax sector, advising small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on tax settlement and bookkeeping. Subsequently, in her role as a tax consultant in law firms, she acquired expertise in tax planning for individuals during business reorganization, relocation abroad, and tax optimization.
