Michał advises Polish and foreign Clients on day-to-day corporate services and on planning and implementation of reorganization processes, capital changes, the arrangement of ownership relations and corporate governance principles. He also coordinates investment and restructuring processes, including the management of international holding structures.

Michał  draws up contracts, in particular where there is an international commercial law element.

Michal has extensive experience in advising entities listed on regulated markets and their shareholders with regard to disclosure obligations and communication with the market.

In his practice, he also advises family business owners on succession planning, all aspects of drafting wills, the use of Polish or foreign family foundations and aligning the proposed solutions with internal corporate regulations.

Michal gained extensive experience working for consulting companies and renowned law firms.

Privately, a husband and father to two daughters, with whom he shares a passion for exploring the world. In his spare time, he likes sailing and planning yacht excursions to desirable destinations with family and friends.
